Mobile APP do not connecting

Hi,
I changed my phone. The Teltonika mobile app worked fine on my old phone, HUAWEI P30 lite.
I downloaded the app to my new phone, Google Pixel 9a. The app finds the charger via Bluetooth but cannot connect.

Teltonika app detects my charger via Bluetooth on Pixel 9a but fails to connect. It worked fine on my old Huawei P30 Lite. Any known compatibility issues or fix suggestions? dog barks

Could you describe more detailed about the error?

  • Android version?
  • App version?
  • In your old phone, application is completely closed?
  • Are you getting any kind of errors?
  • How the connection is failing, at which point of pairing process?
  • When phones were switched, what happened to all the data on older phone? was it transferred or deleted?
