Min Speed DELTA FMC125 FMC920 🛰️📡

Dear community,

I understand the concepts related to Data Acquisition, such as Home Network, GSM Operator Code, and Vehicle MOVING parameters. However, I am still not clear about the exact meaning of the parameter “MIN SPEED DELTA”.

I have already reviewed the information available in the Wiki, but the explanation is not entirely clear to me. Could someone kindly clarify what this parameter refers to?

The reason I am asking is that I believe the amount of transmitted points is excessive, which increases data consumption.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Kind regards,

Dear @PAULO,

Good day! Speed based data acquisition (Min Speed Delta) – records are acquired when the speed difference between the last recorded coordinate and current position is greater than a defined value. Entering zero disables data acquisition based on speed.

In this scenario, the device monitors changes in speed. If the difference between the previous speed (60 km/h) and the new speed (40 km/h) meets or exceeds the threshold value (10 km/h), a record will be generated.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards,
Patrick S.
