Lots of problems

I have teltocharge 11kw installed together with smart meter. SN 6002582062, FW 1.14.7. So far very bad experience with it.

  1. Constanly loosing connection via Bluetooth. The only way to solve it I know is to diconect/reconnect the power. As it happens daily it is very annoying. While writing this post had to restart it twice.
  2. Load balansing works bad. For unclear reasons it switches to 1 or 2 phases and stays there. From smart meter reading I see that other phases are with no load, but charger does not employ them.
  3. Missing charging sessions. Was using charger for couple of times but what is shown in history does not correspond at all.
  4. Minor bug. From time to time pop up keeps informing me that update is available, while I have the latest installed.

Hi, is it updated to the latest firmware? Latest right now is v1.15 while you mentioned 1.14.7.

Well actually I can not connect to device at all. Just at some point it failed completely. So no, it is not updated. And also I can not get you troubleshoot file.

I have noticed one thing worth checking: Are the measured phases of the smart meter in same sequence as the connection to the charger. This may cause the problem you described with load balancing.

Hi, thanks for advice. But unfortunately I’m not qualified enough to check this. Anyhow maybe Teltonica can confirm or deny is this worth to be checked?
