have you enabled both Load management (charger as primary/secondary device) and Load balancing with Solar charging active?
Usually its not going to be enabled by the user but check it just in case. It’s a known bug which we’ll be fixing in the later patch.

and is this also retro-active (meaning howto generate my consumption (kwh) forthe previous month?)
These settings are in the Teltonika energy app, if end user has installers code he can configure the device himself. Most probable cause is that the device is in Load management mode which shouldn’t be active along side Load balancing and solar charging.
Sessions are stored in the chargers memory and will produce an excel sheet that you could filter to show previous month yourself.
below is an extract of the data that I can download from the app, it only shows timing, no kwh

Yes, this happens if the configuration is bad as stated previously.
