Issues with connecting FMA120 to a configurator

Hello Team,

We got an FMA120 device from the field, and we are not able to log into it.
We have the following message:

The technician surely at one point upgraded this device to a firmware that no longer recognizes the latest firmware of the device.

i would like to know how to go about this issue and have the device connected to a configurator.

It’s likely that there’s a mismatch between the Firmware version running on the FMA120 device and the Configurator Tool you are using.

I suggest that you contact your Teltonika Sales Manager to request the Configurator Tool that’s compatible with the Firmware version currently running on the FMA120.
