Hi there

I am facing an issue with Teltonika configurator 1.8.10.B.4.00_R.7 for FMC920 device

the retry mechanism for SIM PIN entries if the initial attempt was unsuccessful

But in the firmware 04.00.00.Rev.14 release notes it is stable

I am facing the issue

Can help me on this

You can do a hard reset (disconnect the power and reconnect) to reset the PIN timer instead of waiting for the model’s rest cycle.
