Hello,We are facing a problem with one of our FMB130 devices.Initially, we noticed that the data from the inserted SIM card was being used up before the end of the month. Following your team’s recommendations, we applied a new configuration and increased the data plan.However, since this intervention, the GPS has not been working at all for over a month. The device appears offline on FOTA Web, and despite several attempts to send SMS commands, we are not receiving any responses.Could you please let us know what might be causing this malfunction and the steps to follow to resolve it?
