Is magnet trigger counts implemented in EYE Sensor (fw version 1.2.10)?

I’m using the EYE Sensor with FMB 920 tracker.
I updated EYE firmware to the latest 1.2.10 revision 4.
FMB firmware is 03.29.00.Rev.14.

According to the Wiki page info:
Magnet trigger counts is only available with evaluation firmware BTSX.1.2.8.magcounter.R.0 of EYE devices.
The current counter value does not change and is 65001 all the time.

Does this mean that it is not yet implemented in version 1.2.10?
In which official version will this appear?

Hi,
Here the EYE data on the device:

The value for EYE Magnet #1 changes from 0 to 1 when I place a magnet on the sensor.

But the Magnet triger count #1 value does not change, is allways 65001

Thank you for your response, do you have access to the HD ticket?

If yes please create a ticket and report this as a bug, magnet trigger count is not activated for the firmware 03.29.00.rev.14

Please include the following.

  1. IMEI
  2. Firmware version of both device and eye sensor.
  3. Configuration file.
  4. Device logs.
  5. Number of devices affected?
