Hello Team, which configurations work better with the FMC920, am getting discripancies in mileage and BLE sensor data!

Make sure the device is updated to the latest firmware. You can find the link for firmware upgrade in the link shared below.
For Mileage discrepancy, In Data Acquisition Settings:
- Review your Min Distance, Min Angle, and Min Speed Delta parameters- If values are too high, the device may skip recording coordinates, causing mileage calculation gaps
Sleep Mode Impact: Deep Sleep mode disables several I/O elements including: GSM Signal, GNSS Status, Speed, Trip Odometer, Total Odometer, and Fuel Rate GPS. Records generated in Deep Sleep mode will not contain these elements, potentially causing mileage tracking gaps.
For BLE sensor data issues

Verify Non Stop Scan is enabled if you need continuous sensor monitoring

Confirm BLE Scan Duration is sufficient for your sensors (increase if sensors are intermittently disconnecting)

Check Scan retries until error - increase this value if you’re seeing frequent ‘3000’ error values
- When Non Stop Scan is disabled, the device scans based on Update frequency + BLE Scan Duration Example: Update frequency 120s + Scan duration 60s = device starts scanning after 120s and scans for 60s
That should solve your issue, Else we might have to investigate in detail by collecting logs and you can create a ticket for the same if this doesnt solve the issue.
