The ip-bridge package is not available natively on RUTX devices, while it is available on RUTM and RUTC devices. This is due to differences in switch architecture and the kernel network driver model between these device families.
Depending on your goal, it may be possible to achieve the desired configuration using UCI commands. Documentation on UCI command usage can be found here: UCI command usage - Teltonika Networks Wiki

You will need to replace nano with ip-bridge in the provided commands.
