Thank you for your question,

You can not see your tracker by iOS app, to configure it you must use Teltonika Configurator for the device. If you want to track it you can use other services like Flespi or Wialon with the device configured.

Please create another Topic for this and include what are the issues you are facing, if the issues are complex and need to take logs and dump files from the device, you can create an HD ticket or contact your sales manager so that the local support from teltonika can help you.
