why the io_199 (trip odometer) always show 0?

I hope you are doing well. Could you help to share the whole packet received from the device?

It seems that AVL ID 199 was only added in front of the Data Packet from the device.

Hello @Win,

Based from the Logs provided, there were no changes on the GPS data from the device.

It seems that the device Ignition and Movement status were due to external Power source and not related to actual movement of the device that causes AVL ID 199 to be read as 0. Suggesting you to try to install it on the car and monitor again.
