What are my options for automatically parsing data and visualising it?

Here I can tell you that you need to spread beacons in the rooms according to the drawing, and enable the beacons detection from the configurator,

In addition, you need to create a map in your server for the beacons IDs, and locate the device (person) according to the receiving ID,
