Should the Ignition On Counter reset to Zero when the ignition cycles?
On my tests it resets

Can you give the screenshot of your Ignition On Counter Configuration?
What is your ignition source? Is it DIN 1?

Can you make the ignition source to only DIN 1?
Also make a test using ths firmware 03.29.00.rev.14
