I want to know why buzzer is not coming up during overspeeding

Hi Team,

I installed FMC 130, unit with buzzer, i want to trigger the buzzer when overspeeding,

Buzzer is connected to DOUT 1 (black wire)
and BUZZER red wire is connected to Power,

Please guide me on the connection and configuration
