I have FMC 640 device with firmware 01.03.00 with spec ID and i don’t know how to find configurator for this firmware? This is used devices from my client and they want to use them on my platform but i can’t configure them.

Please note that the general firmware and configurator are available on our Wiki page, which can be accessed using the link below.
However, as this is a Spec ID firmware, you will need to raise a support ticket to obtain the required firmware/configurator. You can contact your seller or Teltonika sales manager for assistance, as Spec ID firmware and related configurators are provided through the Partner/Support Portal only.
