I recently bought FMB001, the device had a password set, unfortunately I don’t know this password and after entering the wrong one five times the device locked itself. How can I unlock the device?
I sent the code to the teltonika contact but no response.
Can anyone help?

You can submit an unlock request through the Teltonika Help Desk. If you don’t have access to the Help Desk, please contact your Teltonika Sales Manager for assistance.
I don’t have access to Help desk, I bought the device online so I don’t have a sales manager either. Teltonika doesn’t have a representative office in Poland.
Is there any other way to contact HD? a dedicated email address?

Unfortunately, we are not providing Unlock Codes on Community Forum, if you wish to coordinate with one of our Sales Manager and you don’t have any contacts with our Sale managers, please contact them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the “Contact Us” button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.
