I’m using FMB920 ,I would like to send data to why local server.I would like to ask if there was any php file example the can help to recieve data and store in a dataBASE.

Teltonika doesn’t provide an example for your scenario. If you want an example of TCP or UDP listener in Java, you can request that from the Teltonika sales manager.
You should build TCP or UDP server and make your own program to store the data in your database
