How to read the log file

Hi all,
Is there any to read the log file from my FMB204? I got the log file using the configurator, but it seems to be encoded/binary etc. Can I convert it to a human readable format?
(My configuration is not producing the expected results and I would like to check what’s happening and what to correct).

Hi @dozius

Good day, there are 2 types of logs that you can collect from FMB device.

  1. Log file - Can be obtained by clicking the Capture logs from the maintenance tab can be read using notepad.
  2. Dump files - Can be obtained by click the Internal logs from the maintenance tab, cannot be read using notepad, the file should be sent to the Teltonika technical support for reading the dump files.
