How to decode a CODEC 8 message from a TAT140 DEVICE

hi, I have been trying to decode for several days the messages that a gps tat 140 sends me through TCP, I know that when I receive the imei of the device I must return a response with a by {0x01} but when I want to decode the information of the message as far as I could see it comes with several packets which I have not been able to differentiate someone could help me understand how to decode these packets, i’m using golang?
