Hello, I'm trying to receive data from sim of Teltonika FMB140

I’m trying to receive data from sim of Teltonika FMB140 in my server (codeigniter or laravel), I have successfully connected device with my server but it only returns IMEI of device and lots of garbage characters like this: h

Can anybody explain to me how do I get data from sim of FMB140 like longitude, latitude, satellites etc.

Good day, the FMB device is using a codec protocol ( data will be sent in HEX format )

For data sending:
codec 8/Codec 8 Extended

For sending GPRS command:
Codec 12/13/14
