How do I make those data readable for humans?
Any help I would appreciate a lot, I’m using php framework and trying to build my own project for reading data from SIM and I need GPS data

Good day, Teltonika devices are using codec 8 and codec 8 extended protocol for data sending.

Kindly Extract the HEX RAW data from the device and follow the Codec protocol from our page
