GPRS deactivated

GPRS is deactivated on my device. Kindly see attached

How do i activate GPRS?

Hi,

Good day, please check the following.

1. APN details configuration
   
2. Check if your SIM is properly inserted.
3. Check if your SIM is activated.
4. Kindly use the latest firmware for your device, please download the latest firmware here: Firmware versions - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS (teltonika-gps.com)
5. In able for the device to send records immediately to your server you can try to tigger the ignition but make sure that the priority is set to High and On change.
