GPRS Activated/Deactivated

Hi, I have a FMT 100 and GPRS Deactivated notice in GSM section. This is showing only when I insert a Vodafone 5G sim card, it shows Activated on O2 sim cards. How can I resolve this . These Vodafone cards are all showing Active on my sim card suppliers information. I can not get the units to track in it’s present state.

Any help would be appreciated

Hello,
It’s better to check APN sitting with Vodaphone. and the coverage level of this operator in your area. moreover, please note that FMT device is GSM device. so please check if GSM for this operator is available.
