GNSS stopped working in FMB204

Hi everyone, After a couple of days of testing we can’t get de GNSS (GPS) of one of our FMB204 units to get a Fix status. It’s always in “No FiX” and 0 satellites. It happened when testing a newer version of FW and configurator we received (03.28…) from Teltonika. At the beginning the GNSS worked OK as usual, but at some point it got stuck and no updates were seen on the web tracking platform so we did a “Reboot device” action from the configurator software button, and we never had the GNSS system back again. The other functions are working OK.

We moved back to the official version for the FW and configurator (03.27…) and checked and tested all questions we could somehow relate to the GNSS system with no positive result. The other unit we have has it’s GNSS working OK. At the laboratory we have big ceiling windows providing good satellite signal.

Any idea?
