We have an issue with the FMC130 internal memor, when it’s full, it causes a delay in tracking, and some went offline. Why did it happen, and how to identify all the units affected?

The FMC130’s internal memory would normally become full only if the device remains unable to transmit records for an extended period, such as when GSM coverage is unavailable.
When the device has a working SIM card, sufficient GSM coverage, and an active server connection, records are transmitted to the server instead of accumulating in the internal memory.
Kindly ensure that a working SIM card is inserted and that the device has sufficient GSM coverage and can connect to the configured server.
