Bonjour Support Teltonika,
We recently installed a fleet composed of Toyota Hilux 2015, 2021, and 2022 models, as well as Toyota RAV4 vehicles. We used the FMB140 devices for CAN data acquisition.
After refueling the vehicles, we noticed that the fuel level reported on the Toyota Hilux models reaches only 92% instead of 100%, whereas the Toyota RAV4 models correctly report 100%.
We would like to know if there is any additional configuration or specific procedure required for the Toyota Hilux models.
Please note that all wiring connections were made according to the recommended FMB140 wiring diagrams.
Best regards
Good Day,
To understand the root cause of the issue, we would need to review the device logs, as the fuel data is being reported but the value appears to be incorrect.
Another option you can try is the Autoscan feature. This can help identify the most suitable OEM configuration file for the vehicle, which may resolve incorrect OEM fuel data readings if the currently selected OEM file is not the correct match.
More information regarding the Autoscan feature is available in the wiki link below:

Thanks, and best regards,
