FTC961 4G - Firmware Update Files

Hi!

For the FTC961 4G device, please provide a valid link to the update files:

3.0.8, 3.0.10, 3.7.0.rc‑22 and 3.7.0.rc-25,

so I can download them from the website and gradually upgrade the firmware version through TCT, because right now this option is not available.

Yes this is very frustrating. I had to contact teltonika support, and they are manually adding tasks to my FOTA web to update the devices for me.

There are a number of frustrations at present:

  • The TCT client v3.0.30 isn’t working on my Parallels ARM install. Older pre v3 versions work fine.
  • The updates not available to download for unknown reasons. FTC updates used to be, but not any more.
  • I can’t use the TCT web version from FOTA web because you have to be “premium” company level to use.

FFS I just want to be able to update and manage my devices….

I hope you are doing well. Unfortunately, we do not share Firmware versions on Community Forum. If you need these Firmware versions, you may coordinate with us through Helpdesk or contact your Sales Manager so we can provide this files to you.

If you don’t have any contacts with our Sale managers, please contact them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the “Contact Us” button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.
