FTC921 Not accepting GPRS commands

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone else has this issue and if it is a firmware issue or tracking platform issue.

I tried to send the Dout commands manually and device just asks for 2 more outputs every time, as the devices only has 1 Dout its confusing and when you try to set it It returns unknown command or that Bad syntax DOUT2 params are invalid DOUT3 params are invalid, if i put a value for these it returns saying they are invalid for 4 and 5 and just keeps going up by 2

Moreover, I’ve tried to request getver and getinfo commands, but the tracker replies it doesn’t know such commands.

Could this be a firmware glitch?

I have tried this on trackers of each of the firmware versions and the result is the same.

My main testing tracker has the latest version available through FOTA.

I can send sms to the device and it switches the Dout and returns info on all cammands.

Kind regards

Simon

Hello @simonavis,

I hope you are doing well. I recommend you to cross-verify how you were sending the commands through your server end, in this case you should use Codec 12 Protocol.

For more information, you may refer to this link: Codec - Teltonika Telematics Wiki

Hope this helps.

Best regards,
