I’m using the FTC921 having upgraded from fmb930. I’m having problem reading the battery level from the FTC921.
I’m using a 60V battery. Anyone else having issues with reading battery levels?

To better understand the issue and provide the correct guidance, could you kindly confirm whether you are trying to read the external voltage value or a battery level percentage calculated by your platform?

Our platform provider needs to read the external voltage value which will then help them to calulate the percentage.

Thank you for the clarification.
For the FTC921, the External Voltage value is available through AVL ID 800. Kindly ensure that this AVL ID is enabled in the device configuration and that your platform is reading and parsing the value correctly.
The received voltage value can then be used by your platform to calculate the battery percentage.
