I have an FMT100 with Deep Sleep at 30 minutes. And the firmware is not updated, it remains Pending. What can happen?

Good day, kindly check from your server when your FMT100 starts working, at that time please send the web_connect command to force your device to connect to the FOTAWEB and execute the firmware update.
