FOTA web platform account

I had requested for a account for FOTA web platform, in how much time will I get the access, since I want to update the firmware for the FMB910 device using the same.

Please create an HD ticket or contact your sales manager to request a FOTA web account.

You can create HD ticket via https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the “Contact Us” button. When you click, please fill out the form and submit it.

Yes, I have raised a ticket for the same, I was just like asking how much time does it take to get a account after raising a ticket.

But you are not responding at all. I’ve bought Teltonika devices from company that told me that they will not create Fotaweb account for me. I’ve contacted Customer Support - but there is no answer.
On Teltonika webstite there is an information saying that Fota Web is free of charge. Yeah… free of charge but YOUR customers cannot gain access to it.

Teltonika devices are very good trackers but you should work on better support of your customers.

If the only way to gain access to FOTAWEB is to purchase a new device, please provide me with the company in Poland where I can purchase the device and a FotaWEB account.
