Fota web access

A client from Armenia has recently transferred to our company. Their fleet includes approximately 40 Teltonika devices of various models, including Teltonika FMB640, FMB125, and FMB130.

Currently, these devices are still registered in the FOTA WEB account of the previous integrator from Estonia. We would like to obtain access to these devices in FOTA WEB. At the moment, we do not have our own FOTA WEB account, as we have not previously worked with Teltonika devices on such a scale.

At present, the devices are configured using SMS and TCP commands sent from our monitoring system.

Could you please advise what steps are required for us to obtain our own FOTA WEB account?

The previous integrator is ready to submit an official request to transfer the devices from their FOTA WEB account to ours (once it is created).

We are located in Kazakhstan and have already communicated with the Teltonika office in Almaty. They informed us that in order to obtain a FOTA WEB account, we need to purchase Teltonika devices. However, this option is currently quite costly for us, so we are not able to consider it at this time. We were also informed that the minimum order amount is 1,000 EUR.

The local Teltonika team has provided the correct information.

You may purchase the devices directly to create your own FOTA account. In that case, the original buyer can transfer the devices to your account. Alternatively, you can request the original buyer to create a sub-company under their FOTA login, move the devices to that sub-company, and invite you (by adding your email ID) as an admin or user so you can access and manage those devices.
