FOTA Access - Webstore purchase

Hi. I have bought my FMM003 from a web store. I have many times tried to get access to FOTA via teltonika supoort but no one has answered. Based on previous forums posts i tried also contacting the webstore to get access via them but they are sending me back to Teltonika support which… does not answer. Here is their message ( translated )

- Go to Teltonika's official support page and create a case or contact them via their contact form.
2. If Teltonika specifically requires your device to be associated with an existing reseller account (e.g. ours), please send us:
- The precise instruction from Teltonika (e.g. email/case ID or text from their response)
- Your IMEI (again, just in case)

In that case, you can send this to [salg@csmegastore.dk](mailto:salg@csmegastore.dk) so that we can assess whether we can get the device connected via our Teltonika account according to their instructions. Alternatively, Teltonika can often create a direct FOTA account for you as an end user, if they support it.

FOTA WEB accounts are not created individually via the Community or via technical support, they are created by our sales department at the time of purchase and are linked to the company/reseller account that buys the devices.

Because your FMM003 was purchased from a web store as an end customer, we unfortunately cannot create a separate, individual FOTA WEB account for you from here.

What you can do:

  1. Contact the web store again and ask them to coordinate with their Teltonika sales manager to:

    • Either add your device (IMEI) to their existing FOTA WEB account and manage firmware/configuration updates for you, or

    • Agree on how they will provide firmware/configuration support for your device (for example, by performing updates on their side when needed).

  2. When you contact them, you can mention that:

    • FOTA WEB access and device assignment are handled through the reseller’s Teltonika sales account, not via end‑user self‑registration.

    • They should reach out to their Teltonika sales manager with your device IMEI and request that it be added/managed under their FOTA WEB company.

If the web store has any questions about the process, they can contact their Teltonika sales manager directly, who will be able to assist them with FOTA WEB access and device assignment.
