FMT100 High priority data not recieved - OR Unplug not detected?

Hi

I have setup IO for Ignition off as High priority, On change
And Acc Features, Unplug Detection: High, Eventual Disable, Simple.

But mostly I dont recieve data for the events. (expected when I disconnect the unit).
Green diodes are on for some time after disconnect.
Also when I reconnect the data are not send.

Seems like the events are not triggered.

What could the issue be?

I do recieve data with position e.g.:

2026-05-20 16:22:29 - {“priority”:0,“longitude”:12.xxx,“latitude”:55.xxx,“timestamp”:“2026-05-20 16:22:26”,“timestamp_raw”:1779294146000,“imei”:“xxxx”,“altitude”:49,“angle”:240,“satellites”:10,“speed”:0,“io”:[{“id”:239,“value”:1},{“id”:240,“value”:1},{“id”:21,“value”:5},{“id”:252,“value”:0},{“id”:66,“value”:12961},{“id”:67,“value”:3792}]}

If I enable Eventual Records it seems the event are generated. But I only recieve the data after I apply external power again. (Notice event generated 11 seconds before data recieved).

2026-05-20 17:45:51 - {“priority”:0,“longitude”:0,“latitude”:0,“timestamp”:“2026-05-20 17:45:48”,“timestamp_raw”:1779299148000,“imei”:“xxx”,“altitude”:0,“angle”:0,“satellites”:0,“speed”:0,“io”:[{“id”:239,“value”:1},{“id”:240,“value”:1},{“id”:21,“value”:4},{“id”:66,“value”:12209},{“id”:67,“value”:3915}]}
Power off…
Power on…
2026-05-20 17:46:51 - {“priority”:1,“longitude”:0,“latitude”:0,“timestamp”:“2026-05-20 17:46:40”,“timestamp_raw”:1779299200000,“imei”:“xxx”,“altitude”:0,“angle”:0,“satellites”:0,“speed”:0,“io”:[{“id”:239,“value”:1},{“id”:240,“value”:1},{“id”:21,“value”:0},{"id":252,“value”:0},{“id”:66,“value”:12760},{“id”:67,“value”:3882}]}

Good Day,

Based on the provided information, it appears that the internal battery voltage is dropping. This indicates that the internal battery is connected; however, the voltage is decreasing rapidly during operation.

Although the voltage may still be sufficient for the device to operate initially, the rapid drop suggests that the internal battery may no longer be holding charge properly.

I would recommend replacing the internal battery and then testing the same scenario again to confirm whether the issue is resolved.

Thanks, and best regards,
Imran S.
