FMT100 and Teltonika M2M SIM

Hi all,

New to this so bare with me. I cannot get my FMT100 to auto config the Teltonika provided SIM card. I wasn’t given and APN settings and in configurator it just says GPRS Status Deactivated.

Any pointers?

Could you confirm which sim card you are using,
You need to configure the APN of the sim card in the device under GPRS> APN settings.
Additionally, the sim card needs to be topped up. Please check with the team to confirm if the sim is activated.
