Hello,
i have recently purchased some FMT100 trackers and am wanting to use ble beacons for driver id.
I have read the tutorial and everything available but am not being able to see the device on the tracker, the TAG works perfectly connecting to my android phone.
The goal is to allow only some MAC adresses connecting the tracker , there i have another question which is the format of the MAC adress to upload to the tracker itself.

I hope you are doing well. Are you using Eye Beacons or a third-party BLE beacon?
You may try to check the advanced beacon mode if you wish to connect other BLE beacons from the device, kindly refer to this link if you need more information: FMT100 Beacon List - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS

Hello Patrick,
i would like in advance to say thank you for your guidance, about the the issue itself i followed the tutorial on how to activate ble le and activating beacons however there isnt any change on the status tab, it was supposed to appear another menu " Beacon Info" but it doesnt show up.
The beacon is an universal one , runned some tests with my phone and everything works but the tracker doesnt even see it.
Is there any limitation on ble le determined by power mode settings or any new firmware for the device?

Hello Ricardo,
Thank you for your feedback. Normally, the device supports iBeacon or Eddystone protocols for the Beacon Info. Meanwhile, I recommend you update the device Firmware version to the latest one first which you may access on this link: https://wiki.teltonika-gps.com/view/Special:Redirect/file/FMB.Ver.03.29.00.Rev.18_and_configurator.zip
Once updated, kindly select Beacon Detection Mode to ALL first so that all beacons nearby would be identified by the device. On a side note, I recommend you to disconnect the Beacon on your Mobile Phone during your testing on the FMT100 device.
