Hi,
I’m trying to configure the FFM920 devices. Two devices are supplied with 12 V and connected as bluetooth device. Teltonica configurator (1.8.10.B.4.00_R.7) recognizes both, but says “Not supported”.
How can I configure both devices?

You need to use the Configurator that corresponds to firmware version 03.28.02 Rev.197, since the device is currently running an older firmware version. Unfortunately, we do not provide older Configurator files here on Crowd Support.
On the other hand, if the device is under your FOTA WEB account, you may update it to the latest firmware version (04.00.00 Rev.14). If not, please coordinate with your Sales Manager so we can further assist you.
