I have a FMC920 device that recently updated through FOTA Web, this from version 03.29.00.Rev.21 to 04.00.00.Rev.14. In FOTA the task was marked as successfully completed, however after that the device did not send any information to the server, even after trying to send SMS commands. Since the device was already mounted on a vehicle, it was removed and once in our office we detected tha the Navigate LED is stucked on the device firmware being flashed behaviour(Blinking fast constantly).
I tried to connect it to a PC and remove the battery, however it stays the same. I would like to ask if there is a way to get the device out of this behaviour, or if infact the device is damaged as such.

Since the device was purchased through a Teltonika partner, it was replaced with a new device this as it still had warranty. However in case this happens again i will consider this option.
