FMC920 read records query

Good morning. I have an FMC920 and am trying to select the “read records” from the config screen which then saves the data to a Bin File. I cannot read the Bin File ! Does anyone know how to do this or know of a programme that will allow a laptop or PC to read it. Details on the teltonika website are a bit sketchy. Thanks K

I hope you are doing well. Kindly create an HD Ticket or coordinate with your Sales Manager so we can provide you assistance on parsing .Bin records.
