FMC920 random SoftReset restarts

I’ve got a FMC920 in my car as a secondary tracker. I’ve noticed, at random, it will restart. The getinfo command gives me a PWR:SoftReset value for the last initialisation. The last time the tracker did this, it was on the move, supplied with power. There was no start/stop ignition event and I know the car had constant power as I was in it. Another accessory connected to the same power source, another Teltonika tracker, was fine and didn’t soft reset. It couldn’t track for 34 seconds (no data recorded) I assume as it was going through the initialisation process.

From what I can tell, the SoftReset is where the device expects a restart (not uncommanded). However, I didn’t command this, it’s not getting remote settings from anywhere (I’m the admin for the unit and haven’t set up a FOTA). What could be causing the random soft resets?

When the vehicle ignition is on, it will report location, speed, etc every 10 seconds. Is this frequency causing it to crash or something? Or is there a setting somewhere which commands automatic reboots?
