Kindly note that the message you are receiving appears after an incorrect security code has been entered, which has caused the device to become locked. To unlock the device, please create a Help Desk query and share the following code that’s in your configurator:08212j5NB827S0E2FJAR3800

Alternatively, you may use FOTA Web by clicking on Options, attaching the same code (08212j5NB827S0E2FJAR3800) in the window shown below, and then clicking Generate. Once the code is generated, use it in the configurator to unlock the device.
