Hi,
I have a FMC920 that worked until a few days ago.
Now, it says on the Status/GSM Info tab:
- Modem Status: ON
- Sim State: ready
- GPRS Status: deactivated
- Actual Operator Code: 0
- Signal Level: Excellent
On the GPRS tab, I have GPRS Context “enabled”, APN entered and GPRS Authentication set to Normal.
The SIM card has plenty of data left on it.
On the I/O tab, I can see:
- a valid ICCID value
- a GSM Area Code
- Network Type: 99
- Active GSM Operator: 0
I’ve tried the log, it keeps saying “modem not ready”, here’s a status section:

I’m a bit lost. Device has been restarted multiple times, updated to the latest firmware.
Any ideas?
