FMC920 - GPS (UTC) time not in sync with RTC

GPS time is still UTC, even when SETPARAM 3006:120 is set.

All other settings don’t not help, even when SMS/Call Settings in the configurator is set to UTC +2:00

Can some one advise / help?

question/issue more specific:

RTC cannot be changed, by either SMS commands or in the configurator.

Is this a firmware issue?
