Fmc920 device does not connect with canbus to the platform

Hi, I have an fmc920 and I can’t see the fuel status on the platform. The device is connected via canbus. What could be the problem?

What type of vehicle is being used?

FMC920 can not be connected with the CAN Bus, as there is no interface for CAN in the device
