FMC920 and TCT not talking to each other

I have updated the TCT and changed the cable, checked the COM port on the PC and still nothing, the PC can connect to the FMC via bluetooth.. but again TCT can’t find the 920?? any ideas?

The TCT tool is intended for FT platform devices, such as the FTC920, FTC921, and similar models.

For FMC platform devices, you need to use the Teltonika Configurator, which can be downloaded using the link below.
