I bought an FMC880 that’s on an old firmware (03.28.07 rev:354). It seems that Configurator v1.8.10 (which is the recommended one) does not support that firmware, so I cannot configure my device. Moreover, it won’t give me the option to update the firmware. I downloaded an older Configurator version(1.7.72_E.FMX8XX_R.4), but it won’t run on Windows 10 (I tried installing .NET 3.x, running in compatibility mode etc, nothing worked).
What can I do in order to make my device configurable and usable?

I hope you are doing well. You may update the device using Firmware updater Tool or through FOTA Web if you were unable to update the device via Configurator.
Otherwise, you can create an HD ticket or coordinate with your Sales Manager so that we can further assist you. If you don’t have any contacts with our Sale managers, please contact them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the “Contact Us” button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.
