FMC880 new firmware

Good afternoon,
I recently purchased an FMC880 device and attempted to install the new firmware. During the process, the device prompted me for a code five times, but unfortunately, I had forgotten it. After trying several numbers I remembered, the FMC880 became locked and now requests an unlock code with the following message:

“Send this 882118Ec58235h62DJAR3800 code to Teltonika support to get unlock code.”

Could you please advise me on how to reset my device to its factory settings? I appreciate your attention and response in advance.

  1. IMEI.
  2. Locked code.
