I’m having issues doing a download on TachoSync with an FMC650 device. I can see that the device is able to connect to TachoSync, but it’s not able to authenticate during the download process of a vehicle file.
We already tried to update the firmware to the latest version available (03.01.01.Rev.15) but the error is still the same: Failed to receive VUReady packet from device, timeout exceeded.
We also made sure that the company card was not expired and is connected.
We’ve never been able to do a successful download, which worries me a bit.
At this point we need some technical support to figure out what the cause of the issue is so we can move on.
Could you provide some help please?
