FMC650 & Tachograph

Hello .

I am stuck in downloading the Tachograph DDD files. I am using FMC650 connected with tachograph.

I had connect the Tachograph with FMC650 using the attached wiring diagram.

Now when i sent the SMS command “tachocheck” so i am getting this response “CAN_2:000,0000, K-Line:1”

After wait a long time i am not able to download the tacho files at Web Tacho . At web Tacho i am getting this. snip attached

Is this the configuration Issue ? does i need to change anything in Configuration or it is wiring (Connection ) issue ?

Although i am getting K-Line:1 , so is there any possibility that i get tacho files from K-LIne ? how ?

Hello Usman,

I hope you are doing well. K-Line option to download DDD Files were not available on the Configuration, although you may use this option to read the data from the Tachograph.

For more information, suggesting you to coordinate with your Sales Manager. If you don’t have any contacts with our Sale managers, please contact them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the “Contact Us” button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.
